Lumeniq Sales OS — sales operations platform for Pipedrive teams
Lumeniq Sales OS turns deals, conversations and activities into one workspace. Account managers respond to clients, run their pipeline, and close deals; operations leadership sees pipeline health, response speed and bottlenecks in real time. The product is offered as a closed B2B SaaS to subscribing companies — accounts are issued by each customer's administrator.
What Lumeniq does
Email via Gmail
Each manager voluntarily connects their work mailbox through Google OAuth (gmail.readonly, gmail.send, gmail.modify). Lumeniq displays the inbox and lets the manager reply directly from a deal card. Email content is shown only to the manager who connected the mailbox.
Deals and pipeline
Deals synced from Pipedrive, grouped by urgency (1–7d / 8–30d / 30+d) inside each stage. AI briefings summarise each deal so a manager can re-engage without re-reading history.
Activities
Calls, meetings and tasks unified into an Overdue / Today / Tomorrow / This week board so nothing slips.
Team health
Wellness scores, bonuses and lead-quality metrics by manager — leadership has a real-time read on the team without poking individual cards.
Use of Google user data
Lumeniq's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Full details, including data we collect, how we store it and how a manager can revoke access, are in our Privacy Policy.
Access and security
- Closed-access — accounts are provisioned by each customer's administrator.
- OAuth tokens are stored encrypted; managers can disconnect a mailbox at any time, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Connections to Lumeniq and to Google APIs use TLS.
