Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Lumeniq Sales OS, a sales operations platform provided to subscribing companies and their employees. By accessing or using Lumeniq Sales OS you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and account
Lumeniq Sales OS is provided to a customer (your employer or company you act on behalf of). Accounts are issued by the customer's administrator. You must use your account only as authorised by your administrator and only for legitimate work purposes.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or unsolicited messages,
- attempt to access data belonging to other customers,
- interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service,
- reverse-engineer, copy or resell the Service except as permitted by law,
- use the Service to violate the Google API Services User Data Policy or any applicable third-party terms.
3. Third-party integrations
Lumeniq Sales OS integrates with third-party services such as Google (Gmail), Pipedrive and Telegram. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms of those providers. You may disconnect any integration at any time inside the Service or directly with the provider.
4. Customer data
The customer remains the owner of all data uploaded or generated through the Service. Lumeniq Sales OS processes such data on behalf of the customer for the purpose of providing the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available, but it is provided «as is» without warranty. Maintenance windows and incidents may cause interruptions.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumeniq Sales OS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.
7. Termination
The customer's contract governs termination of access. We may suspend an account that violates these Terms or jeopardises other users.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated to the administrator of the customer account. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
